Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly
different from what was described on our website.
Requests for refunds must and can only be made within 72 hours of receiving the item. Also,
it is a mandatory protocol to share a picture of the visible defect or damage at care@artistrybazaar.com , within the
mentioned above time frame to raise a refund/return request.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be refunded unless they are damaged
or
defective.
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at care@artistrybazaar.com within the specified
timeframe.
Provide details such as your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
for the return.
Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a
return authorization if your request is eligible.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the
eligibility criteria for a refund.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment
within 10 -15 business days.
